PP sheet, also known as polypropylene (PP) sheet (pure PP sheet, modified PP sheet, reinforced PP sheet, PP welding rod), is a semi-crystalline material. It is stronger than PE and has a higher melting point. Because homopolymer PP is very brittle above 0°C, many commercial PP materials are random copolymers with 1-4% ethylene or clamp copolymers with higher ethylene content.

 

PRODUCT FEATURES

PP extruded sheet features lightweight, uniform thickness, smooth surface, excellent heat resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and electrical insulation, and is non-toxic. PP sheet is widely used in chemical containers, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, food packaging, pharmaceuticals, decoration, and water treatment. PP sheet can be used at temperatures up to 100°C.

 

PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

It is used in acid and alkali-resistant equipment, electroplating equipment, solar photovoltaic equipment, environmental protection equipment, wastewater and exhaust gas treatment equipment, scrubbers, clean rooms, semiconductor plants, and related industrial equipment. It is also the preferred material for the manufacture of plastic water tanks. Thick PP sheet is widely used in stamping sheets and punching mattresses.

2. Recycling bins, including reusable recycling bins from various industries, fruit and vegetable packaging boxes, clothing storage boxes, and stationery boxes;

3. Industrial boards, including outer packaging for wires and cables, glass, steel plates, and other items, as well as pads, shelves, partitions, and floorboards;

4. Protective boards. The days of using cardboard and plywood to protect building materials during construction are long gone. With the advancement of times and rising tastes, ensuring the integrity of decorative designs before completion requires proper protection to maintain economical, safe, and convenient operations. This also applies to building elevators and flooring prior to acceptance.

5. Electronics industry protection. Conductive packaging products are primarily used in the packaging of electronic components such as IC wafers, IC packaging, testing, TFT-LCDs, and optoelectronics. Their purpose is to prevent contact with other charged items, which could cause spark damage to the components due to friction. Other options include conductive and antistatic plastic boards, turnover boxes, and more. In addition to the products mentioned above, PP sheets can also be used in washing machine back panels, refrigerator insulation, and packaging for frozen foods, medicines, and alcoholic beverages. Hollow sheet production lines can also be used to produce PE hollow sheets for insulation partitions in urban and rural areas.
